We recommend Miranda Oswald and Paige Cvjeticanin without reservation. Separately and together, this mother-daughter team worked tirelessly to market our bayfront condo which, despite a stunning view and beautiful grounds, was a tough sell because its secluded neighborhood is a secret too well kept. In addition to postings on all the major Internet sites, they did regular open houses, a beautiful brochure, local mailings and even newspaper ads. We sold for a reasonable price faster than many nearby properties. Miranda and Paige possess excellent market instincts, communicate promptly and candidly, follow through reliably, negotiate vigorously and know how to hold your hand when you need it. They also are lots of fun to work with. You can't go wrong with either one; together they are a powerhouse.
